Weighing system Pulsar VAK

Mobile weighing Aviation system "Pulsar-VAK" is intended to determine the mass of the airplane and the control of the center of gravity. This system can also be used for testing on-board weighing systems.

To determine the weight and the center of gravity the plane rolled on the platforms with ramps.

Information about the loads on the landing gear on strain gauge platforms by connecting cables transmitted to a computer (laptop). The number of platforms depends on the type of aircraft. Available number is up to 16 pieces.

The software allows you to monitoring of the process of changing the position of center of mass of the aircraft during loading and unloading. The display shows the scale of the image plane, placing a load platform supports a chassis and a valid area of the center of mass as a% of the MAR.

At the same time graphics cursor displays the actual position of center of mass of the aircraft. The exact values and loads  are also displayed on the screen and in tabular form. Thus, the operator has the ability to control the process of loading operations and quickly respond in case of deviation of the actual the centering of the permissible.

Weighing platform is flat, thin-walled metal construction, based on four strain gauge type SB-4 firms Flintec. In-form boards mounted 4-channel transmitter PI-2p4 / 1, which provides separate measurements of the load on each sensor. Degree of protection IP-68 sensor and transducer IP-67 allows the use of complex airport environments.
