Description of ETM BAT scales
ETM BAT - truck scales are designed for weighing cars in a static state. Scales are made one-, two- and three-platform with the maximum weighing limit of 30 and 60 tons. The readout resolution at a load of up to 30 tons is 10 kg, over 30 tons is 20 kg. Platform length, respectively, 6.6; 13.2 and 18 m.
ETM VAT are supplied with a set of reinforced concrete foundation elements. The assembly of the foundation, the installation of scales and weighing equipment is carried out by the specialists of the LLC NPC ETM. High weighing accuracy is ensured by the use of strain gauges of a higher accuracy class (C4, C5, C6). Load-receiving platforms of scales allow to accept for weighing all cargo vehicles, including cars with trailers and semi-trailers. The weighing result is displayed on the weight processor. For further accounting of weighed goods, the weight processor output to the computer is used. By special order, the scales can be manufactured in an explosion-proof version.

Modern weighing equipment is a rather complex set of devices.
To maintain its high performance and ensure measurement accuracy, it is necessary to carry out regular service. This will help to significantly increase its service life and minimize the possibility of sudden breakdown. Reconstruction of mechanical scales into electronic ones is the cheapest and fastest way of converting morally and physically obsolete scales into a modern measuring device.
The developed reconstruction method makes it possible to replace the balance beam system with strain gauge racks without the use of concrete work in 2-3 days.
At present, due to the change in the truck fleet, it became necessary to weigh trucks (KrAZ, KamAZ, MAZ) with semi-trailers and trailers up to 16 meters long. Existing mechanical scales, as a rule, have a platform 12 meters long.
