Dynamic wagon scales ETM VVT-D (up to 10 km/h)
ETM VVT - D - non-foundation scales for weighing wagons and trains in motion on continuous rails are designed for use on the main railway lines. ETM VVT - D do not require construction work. The lack of a foundation allows you to install the scales in 4-5 hours. The load receiving device is the rail itself with rail deformation sensors with a rail beam and 12 S-shaped sensors.
The maximum weight limit of the wagon is 200 tons, readout resolution is 50 kg. The speed of movement when weighing is up to 10 km / h.
Weighing error ± 1%. The speed of movement without weighing is not limited. Information from the load receptor of the scales is transmitted via cable to the weight terminal at a distance of up to 2.5 km. After passing the train, the weighing terminal outputs to the printer a weighing protocol containing: the weight of the train, the serial number of the car in the train and its weight, the number of axles, the speed of the car during weighing, the displacement of the center of gravity of the car and information about the presence of defects on the surface of the wheels.

Automation of weighing facilities through the introduction of wagon number recognition systems is a solution that allows you to bring production to a new level. Recognition of wagon numbers - allows for additional control over the activities of weight control points. The software product qualitatively recognizes car numbers, automatically registers, records and controls the movement of rolling stock of railway transport. This system can be used both independently and integrated into the existing information system of the enterprise or, without being part of it, provide effective interaction with it.
The automation system also includes integration with the SAP resource planning system.
