The NPC ETM LLC company produces a new generation strain gauge wagon scales of the Pulsar-ETM VVT-S trademark for weighing railway cars in a static state. At the request of the Customer, the scales are equipped with loading platforms in the amount of two to four units, which makes it possible to weigh four/six/eight-axle cars.
In addition to the mass of the car, the longitudinal (in tons) and transverse (in millimeters) displacement of the center of gravity of the car is determined. Scales ETM VVT-S are equipped with strain gauges manufactured by Flintec (Germany). Scales provide the possibility of computer accounting of weighing results. The scale software is integrated with the Customer's software (1C Accounting), as well as with the SAP resource planning system. Possible installation methods: foundationless, precast concrete, monolithic foundation.

6. Electronics of scales allows to carry out self-diagnostics with an output of information on malfunctions on the display of the weight terminal. Scales provide the possibility of computer accounting of weighing results, as well as outputting information to a computer display and / or to a printer.

The automation system of wagon scales is designed to identify the weighed vehicle, in order to reduce the time spent on cargo clearance, eliminate errors associated with the influence of the human factor, as well as to completely exclude a person from the weighing process.
Automation of weighing facilities through the introduction of wagon number recognition systems is a solution that allows you to bring production to a new level. Recognition of wagon numbers allows for additional control over the activities of weight control points. The software product qualitatively recognizes car numbers, automatically registers, records and controls the movement of rolling stock of railway transport. This system can be used both independently and integrated into the existing information system of the enterprise or, without being part of it, provide effective interaction with it.
The automation system also includes integration with the SAP resource planning system.
